1. Farming Simulator VR

As VR saturates our lives more and more, it seems it was only a matter of time before new simulator games arrived. Unlike Job Simulator and its spinoff/ sequel Vacation Simulator, Farming Simulator will bring the realism gamers have been craving. Bringing one of the most successful simulator game franchises to VR seems to be a great move. Adding to an already robust variety of crops, equipment, and business management, new features to VR will be an assortment of minigames designed to bring the farming experience to the player like never before. Minigames like Hay Bail Stacking, Collecting Eggs from the Hen House, Shoveling Manure, and Milking the Cows, all add to the realistic “feel” of Farming Simulator VR. The release date and price have yet to be determined, but if the description is anything to go by, it’ll be worth the wait!
2. Dark Souls Lite VR

In the most exciting news today, Dark Souls Lite VR is coming to Steam later this year. Apparently in development for some time now, having been started for the original Oculus VR headset, Dark Souls Lite is going to bring a streamlined version of Dark Souls to the 3rd dimension.
I hear you ask: “How can Dark Souls be streamlined?”. Well, it will consist of a single boss fight specially made for VR to bring the most complete Dark Souls experience. The boss will be so large and so fast that human reflexes can’t possibly account for it, and so you will lose completely and consistently over and over again. However, it will include an easy mode, which will consist of just the “You Died” words floating in 3D in a dark void. The exact release date is TBD.
3. The Void

Lastly for today, The Void. A game seeping with existential dread for all those horror fans. The player will make their way through a black empty nothingness that never ends. There is no exit, no light, there isn’t even a menu or title screen. Just eternal darkness filled with a vacuum that can never be filled. Adding to the frightening atmosphere is the amazing soundtrack of only white noise. No voices or sound effects of any kind to distract you from the never-ending void presented before you. Release date TBD.
