Mount Gelmir is the next location we will be covering and holds some of the best content and items in the game. This is our full guide on boss locations, drops, stats, and more.
Area Bosses
Demi-Human Queen Maggie

Health: 3,757
Drops: 13,000 Runes, Memory Stone, Gold Rune (1)
Weakness: N/A
Immunity: N/A
Location: Hermit Village
This fight is fairly easy as long as you avoid the rocky terrain. She has a few glintstone spells and a couple attacks that are generally dodged by rolling into her. Melee users should keep behind her and close since she will not use magic if you fight up close. Magic users can easily dodge the few spells she casts but be mindful since magic will make her angry and buff her up. The fight should go fairly quickly otherwise.
Full-Grown Falling Star Beast

Health: 13,606
Drops: 21,000 Runes, Somber Smithing Stone, x5 Smithing Stone (6), Fallingstar Beast Jaw
Weakness: All Elemental
Immunity: Physical, Poison, Scarlet Rot, Bleed, Frostbite
Location: Near the Ninth Mt Gelmir Campsite
The full-grown falling star beast is very similar to the regular one, but stronger with some additional moves. It will of course use deadly smashes and gravity magic to possibly one shot you. The worst part is the arena is a giant crater in which you can be knocked off and fall to your death. There is no rushing this fight, it will be a battle of patience and who can outlast the other. Huge gravity spells like Gravity Bolt should be ran away from and used as an opportunity to hit with ranged attacks like arrows and magic. I also highly recommend taking the fight by horseback if you are planning the fight solo, it is way easier to dodge all attacks. Eat a boiled crab for physical resistance as well in case. Melee users can attack to fight on foot if they would like, but the beast is immune to status debuffs and physical, so it is best to use a cross bow or regular bow. Pack plenty since you will likely be using a couple hundred of them. Casters will have an easier time using elemental spells like black fireball since the boss is weak to elemental damage. Patience and minding your surroundings will be key to the fight.
Ulcerated Tree Spirit

Health: 11,427
Drops: 18,000 Runes, Leaden Hardtear, Cerulean Hidden Tear
Weakness: Frostbite, Fire
Immunity: Bleed, Scarlet Rot, Poison, Holy
Location: Near the Stranded Graveyard Grace Site
The ulcerated tree spirit is a twisted and deformed version of the Erdtree Avatars. It looks like a huge wooden worm of sorts that constantly slams its body around and uses holy attacks. The key to the fight is to keep calm and mind your location. This boss will have a deadly bite and various yellow fire attacks that spew from its mouth. Try to buff against holy damage to help survive the fight. In the first phase, try to keep to its sides and look for the bite and breath attacks. Fire damage is one of the big weaknesses to the spirit and will help move the fight along faster. Second phase will bring more holy attacks and the big lightning AOE. The fight does not change much, but if it starts to charge up for the AOE, shield up if you are too close or try and run away as fast as possible.
Mini Dungeon Bosses
Demi-Human Queen Margot

Health: N/A
Drops: 11,000 Runes, Jar Cannon
Weakness: Slash, Fire, Scarlet Rot, Poison
Immunity: None
Location: Volcano Cave
This fight is pretty easy since she telegraphs all of her moves. The only notable move that can kill is her grab attack. Otherwise, the fight should go fairly quick, and melee players can use their arms in fire or scarlet rot if they want the fight to go even faster. Casters can use spells like rock sling or fireball to deal a lot of damage. Ashes can help serve as a distraction like Lone Wolf.
Kindred of Rot

Health: 3,500
Drops: 10,000 Runes, Kindred of Rot’s Exultation
Weakness: Fire, Bleed, Frost
Immunity: Poison, Scarlet Rot, Slash
Location: Seethewater Cave
This fight is very annoying because you have to face two of those weird bug enemies you ran into in one of the caves for the ball bearings. They shoot out weird dagger like projectiles at you which deal a lot of damage. Using a summon should help you kill off at least one of them to make the fight easier. Melee users can also try and use fire or bleed damage since they are weak to them. Casters will have an easier time if they use summons since they can use frost and fire spells to make quick work of them.
Red Wolf of the Champion

Health: 3,238
Drops: 21,000 Runes, Bloodhound Knight Floh
Weakness: Physical
Immunity: Bleed, Frostbite, Magic
Location: Gelmir Hero’s Grave
This fight is way more in melee’s favor than it is magic. However, due to the size of the arena, we also have a better advantage. It is best to prepare against bleed and magic damage, and, keep in mind, the boss is weak to head shots and physical damage all together. Any Ash summon will help divert its attention away for the fight. Since the boss is pretty much immune to magic, it is best for casters to find weapons that scale on INT or Holy. Casting will not help here and make the fight longer than necessary.
Volcano Manor
Abductor Virgins

Health: N/A
Drops: 10,000 Runes, Inquisitor’s Girandole
Weakness: Lightning, Strike
Immunity: Bleed, Scarlet Rot, Poison, Frost
Location: Volcano Manor, Near Subterranean Inquisition Chamber
There are two abductors for this fight, but both wield different weapons. The one using the wheels is fast and more dangerous so he should be the first priority. Use summons as distractions to make quick work of it. Try to keep behind them to get more damage in. Casters should use faster spells like swift glintstone shard and kite them around the arena. Try to keep the two abductors separate as much as possible.
Godskin Noble

Health: 10,000
Drops: 50,000 Runes, Serpent’s Amnion, Godskin Stitcher, Noble Presence
Weakness: Slash, Bleed, Frost
Immunity: Fire, Holy, Strike
Location: Volcano Manor, at the Temple of Eiglay
Godskin Nobles are very fast and deal lethal damage. They can break poise in seconds if you are not careful and will use many black flame abilities. This one in particular is fatter and can bloat up and roll at you or bloat up to shove you back. The shove is not as terrifying, but the roll can be deadly, so make sure to run to the side of it to dodge. Black flame and Black flame ritual will be the two casting attacks to look out for. The Black flame can be dodged by moving away but the ritual should be dodged by sprinting outwards. This boss can be bled without too much difficulty, but do not get too greedy trying to build up the bleed damage. Incantation users can make the fight quick if they use a summon and swarm of flies, however magic users will be in the fight for the long haul. Using a summon will help keep the distraction as you blast him with spells.
God Devouring Serpent-Rykard Lord of Blasphemy

Health: (Serpent) 30,439
Drops: 130,000 Runes, Rykard’s Great Rune, Remembrance of the Blasphemous
Weakness: Serpent Hunter, Frost, Standard, Slash, Thrust
Immunity: Strike, Fire, Bleed, Scarlet Rot, Poison
Health: (Rykard) 59,174
Location: Volcano Manor, Audience Pathway
- Magma Volly- Rykard will leap in either direction, sending a volley of magma projectiles your way
- Shockwave- Rykard will thrust his head into the ground, pulls it out, and sends a shockwave of magma out in a cone shape
- Flaming Skull- Rykard sends out a skull from his mouth that leaves a trail of fire that eventually explode
- Snake Bite- Rykard looks to the left and reveals a snake that lunges at you and tries to bite you
- Skull Storm- Rykard lifts his sword over his head and summons multiple skulls that explode
- Fire Strike-Rykard will lift his sword and cleave sending a fiery explosion
This fight can be wild; however, it is meant to be fought using the Serpent Hunter spear laying on the ground which deals a lot of damage making the fight manageable. If you really want to cheese it, you can use mimic tear which will copy over the Serpent Hunter. Otherwise, the fight is all about dodging the attacks, minding your placement, and hitting the beast with the serpent hunter spear in both phases. Both magic and melee users can use the spear, for there are no major stat requirements. One advantage is that Rykard moves very slow and leaves himself open quite often, but that does not mean you can just stand there and wail on him. His attacks deal a lot of damage, and the terrain will change often between magma surges, debris, and exploding skulls. Players must keep just as much attention to their surroundings as they do the boss.
